Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact support@petlegacyco.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Packages Marked as Delivered
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.
Customers should verify the delivery location, check with neighbors or household members, and contact the carrier before submitting a claim.
