How does it work?
Upload a photo of your pet, choose your favorite style and theme, and we bring it to life. No design skills needed — just a photo you love.
What if I don't love the result?
If it’s not right, we’ll make it right. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you until you’re happy with your piece.
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos where your pet’s face is visible work best. Natural light, no filters, and a front-facing angle give us the most detail to work with.
What makes your canvas different?
We print on premium, ready-to-hang canvas — not paper or posters. It’s made to last on your wall, not fade in a drawer.
Can I see a preview before I order?
Yes. You’ll see a live preview of your portrait before checkout, so there are no surprises — only pieces you already love.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement — no hassle.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each piece is made just for you, so please allow 3 to 7 business days for production, plus 3 to 7 business days for shipping within the U.S.
